Policies and Legislation

1. The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Cemetery Board opens the main gates at Kalgoorlie Cemetery at the prescribed times and the main gates at Boulder Cemetery when staff are on site.  The main gates at the Goldfields Crematorium are only open for services.    
2. Floral Tributes – Deteriorated flowers including artificial tributes will be removed periodically.
3. Vehicles – Cars, trucks and motorbikes are limited to car parks unless Board permission is given to enter the grounds.  Vehicles must adhere to the authorised speed limit while in the Cemeteries. Pedestrians have the right of way at all times.

The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Cemetery Board is directed by the Cemeteries Act 1986 (as amended) and the Cremation Act 1929 (as amended).
